1 Day Covert Video Surveillance Training
Who the course is designed for
This one day course is for investigators or mystery shoppers who use covert body worn camera systems in order to obtain covert video evidence.
There are many covert video systems on the market, this course will help you decide which type of equipment is suitable, teach you how to set it up and use it correctly.
Many mystery shoppers, test purchasers and investigators often fall into the trap of carrying out an investigation or surveillance only to obtain video film that is of poor quality, video that looks unprofessional and does not capture the moment on video.
Course Content
This one day ‘hands on’ course is suitable for the non technical person who wishes to learn and improve their covert video technique. The training will teach you:-
- Different types of body worn covert camera systems
- How to set up covert camera systems
- Demonstrate different methods of camera concealment
- Plan a test purchase and develop a cover story
- Carry out live covert video exercises
- Transfering covert video from a recording medium to CD, DVD or tape.
- The principles of the continuity of evidence
The course held in Skipton, Yorkshire and includes lunch, refreshments and all covert camera systems and equipment.
