Who the course is aimed at
This demanding course is designed for those who will be carrying out surveillance on a regular basis as a member of a surveillance team investigating corporate issues and insurance fraud. The course continues where the basic course left off and includes more advanced techniques and procedures. If you have obtained our BTEC Level 3 Award in foot & mobile surveillance, this additional progressive course now takes you further to qualify for the Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Mobile & Foot Surveillance.

Course Programme.pdfWhat the students can expect:
Skills are taught which are necessary for gathering evidence by covert means and to become a proficient surveillance operator. We teach how to carry out surveillance on foot, by vehicle and by static point. These skills are then put into practise by carrying out supervised surveillance exercises.
This course includes training exercises that are realistic, structured and controlled to gain the most benefit for the student. All equipment such as vehicles, covert radios, and cameras are supplied. We normally limit this course to a maximum of eight students.
Course Costs & Funding
This week course is held in Yorkshire and costs £699.00 +vat (£821.33). This includes the provision of all equipment including vehicles, covert radios and cameras. Lunch and refreshments are also provided. Accommodation is not included but we can provide details of reasonably priced accommodation which is close to the training venue.
We are an approved supplier for the MOD Career Transition Partnership and we are approved by the MOD in support of the ELC Scheme (Provider Number 2292). Please contact us if you require further information regarding ELCAS.
Course Criteria
Students must be able to converse fully in the English language (due to fast and accurate radio procedure). They must provide photographic proof of identity such as a driving licence or passport and to bring with them suitable clothing and an enthusiastic approach to learning.
