We are an approved training provider for ELCAS and have been providing training for servicemen and women leaving the forces for the past 13 years.

Due to recent changes within ELCAS and the MOD, all customised qualifications have been removed from their register and they now will only provide funding towards nationally regulated qualifications. This has meant that most of our courses in their current form, are no longer eligible for ELC funding. It also means that as there are no current regulated qualifications in respect of surveillance skills, this is now therefore not an option for service leavers seeking to use their ELC’s.

We are currently involved in the process of contributing to the formulation of a surveillance course, which will be a nationally regulated qualification and therefore eligible for funding. This may take a few months to complete but as soon as the qualification is in place, our website will be updated. If anyone would like to be notified when the qualification is in place, please e-mail our office with your contact details and you will notified as soon as this is in place. (

In the meantime, you are still entitled to apply for Standard Learning Credits and your IRTC grant to help towards training costs of our current surveillance courses.

We do still have our 6 day Professional Investigation Course on the register and ELC funding is available for this course. Details can be found on the Courses page.

The ELCAS process is fairly simple, please contact us or visit the ELCAS website at
